Why Choose Me?
1. I'm a full-time REALTOR®. In an area like Northeast Wisconsin, there are many different types of agents. Rather than evacuate when the snowflakes fly, I am available to talk and sell real estate in Northeast Wisconsin all 12 months of the year, 24/7. I am in the office up to 6-7 days per week, which allows me to continually monitor the ever changing real estate market. As new listings arrive, expire, or close, I am there to keep up with the situation full-time. I make an effort to view as many properties as I can to get a feel for them inside and out. Market knowledge and continuing education are key factors in choosing a real estate agent, which brings me to #2:
2. I place a serious emphasis on continuing my real estate education. Here is a list of my education so far:
Graduated Cum Laude from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a major in General Business with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship & a second major in Geography.

3. Technology Expert
For over 20 years, I have worked with computers. Computers are the wave of the future in real estate. According to NAR (National Association of REALTORS), real estate buyers and sellers begin their searches online up to 80% of the time, and that number is growing every day.
Websites, digital cameras, online MLS (Multiple Listing Services), email, etc. are every day activities for every agent, or they should be anyway. Each of these technologies saves you time and money when real estate is involved. Would you rather have an agent who just got their first computer last week, or would you prefer an agent who has utilized technology for most of their life?
