Price Reduction, Incentives, and Open House

Hi Everyone,

We have a new price reduction to announce!  1026 Richborough Rd. has reduced to $350,000 from $365,000.  The seller is also offering to pay the first 6 months of electricity and gas for the new buyer (up to $150 per month). 

Our 2nd Open House will be on Sunday, March 2nd from 12:00 to 1:30.  Please stop by to check it out.
